First Friends Preschool is a state-licensed, faith-based preschool located at 601 South Church Street in Prosper, Texas, on the campus of First Baptist Church Prosper. Play-Based Learning with Purpose
At First Friends, we believe that young children learn best through play. Research consistently shows that play-based learning in early childhood leads to stronger cognitive development, better social skills, and a deeper love of learning that carries into elementary school and beyond.
Our curriculum was developed in collaboration with professional educators and is built around a scope and sequence that covers every area of early childhood development. Every activity at First Friends is intentionally designed to support five key areas of development:

Unlike large daycare centers that operate on a full-day, five-day-a-week model, First Friends runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This intentional schedule allows young children to experience structured learning in the morning while still having time for rest, family, and unstructured play at home. For families who need extended care, we also offer Before and After School Care Monday through Thursday.
